Bio:

An experienced Humanitarian with demonstrated history of working in the Non profit organization Management industry.

Served with the Catholic Relief Services as a Field Research Assistant Officer on Soybean Innovation Laboratory (SIL), International Crop Reserch Institute For Semi-Arid Tropical (ICRISAT) and YAm Improvement for Income Food Security West Africa (YIIFSWA) a USAID program.

He is also the founder and executive director of a registered NGO (Rakod Foundation ) which has been operating for the past years.
Rakod Foundation focuses on Menstrual Hygiene Management, WASH systems, VSLAs, Malaria Prevention and Control program, Child sponsorship and educational Supplies programs.

Randy is currently working as the Operations Manager on the Humanitarian Awards Ghana. celebrating change makers
