Bio:

Emmanuel is a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and hold a Master of Science Degree in Development Planning and Management.

He is a Reviewer for the African Evaluation Journal (AEJ), Member of the European Evaluation Society (EES), Member of the Africa Evaluation Association (AfrEA) and a Member of the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF). He has over 7 year’s experience in programme, grants and policy monitoring, evaluation, learning and adaptation.

He has useful skills and extensive experience in programme performance monitoring and evaluation, establishing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems and web-based and mobile data collection application for surveys, business intelligence analytics, organizational learning, stakeholder engagement, organizational & individual capacity assessment and enhancement as well as both academic and industry related research. 

Emmanuel has worked for development organizations such as Christian Aid (STAR-Ghana Programme), International Cocoa Initiative, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), World Vision Ghana, Institute of Local Government Studies (ILGS), Centre for Land Studies-KNUST, Consortium for Innovations in Human Settlement Development (CIHSD - The Consortium), AHD PRO Consult and the Tema Development Corporation (TDC).

He has worked on various donor funded project including DFID, USAID, AUSAid, EU, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation among others. Emmanuel has good data management and analytical skills and have successfully commissioned and managed baselines, evaluations, large scale survey, monitoring missions, feasibility and assessment.
