Speaking to him,he said; "I started my career as a computer Network engineer at Supertech LTD, a small entity at the time. However, despite its size, I willingly dedicated myself to imparting troubleshooting skills to numerous employees. Our collective effort aimed to propel the company's growth, and as a result, I was recognized by my colleagues as 'Teacher Aboagye' for my exceptional training abilities. It is remarkable to see that Supertech has flourished since then, now employing over 2,000 individuals, with our training initiatives continuing to thrive. Although I departed from my position at an early stage in my career, it was a decision motivated by my unwavering commitment to giving my utmost to my community. Today, I find solace in the gratitude I hold for the opportunity to educate and train younger generations in a solution-oriented educational environment. As a volunteer STEM teacher in the Oti Region, I have been honored with several awards for my school and region. Last year, Worawora SHS achieved the 2nd runner-up position in the national STEM INNOVATION Championship. This year, utilizing Worawora SHS, Oti Region had the overall best project in the National STEM competition held in Saltpond. In addition, our junior high school students obtained the 2nd best project in the West African Model Lab Championship (AiTad23). The projects developed by these students focus on providing solutions for the community, particularly for farmers. They have successfully built an irrigation pump, a smart water dispenser, and rural solar electrification projects. Currently, these projects are being used in various locations by teachers, farmers, and market women. As a result of these accomplishments, Worawora SHS has earned the prestigious title of "STEM School of the Year."
