Nominee's Bio: Rita Esionam Garglo is an inspiring African lady who has dedicated her life to empowering children and influencing community welfare policies.She is the Executive Director of No Limits Charity Organization, a nonprofit organization that supports the education, wellbeing and personal development of vulnerable children in James Town and other deprived communities in Accra. She is also a Yali Alumni of YALI RLC West Africa Cohort 10, a disaster management officer, a Humanitarian and a Social advocate. She has volunteered for a number of organizations to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Her passion for children and their wellbeing motivated her to start a charity in 2011 to support the education of children in James Town, an urban poor community in the suburb of Accra where she grew up. She is a result-oriented person, a team player, sincere and reliable. Rita is principled and has the ability to work to set standards. She also has a good communication skills and always ready to learn and work with everyone. Her objective is to apply her knowledge and skills gain to contribute positively to the growth and development of young people in her community.Her overall goal is to become an African woman leader who translated her challenging life experiences into creating a positive social change in the lives of other young people across the continent and beyond.Her passion towards humanity won her a lot of recognitions among them are, The 2019 Inspiring Woman of the Year Award, 2022 Outstanding Child Education Advocate of the year , Peace Advocate Award- Honorary Award, and 2023 YALI Alumni Excellence Awards
